Simon MacDonnell, also known as Papa, runs classes on how to make the delicious salads for sale in the counter in the deli and how to stay calm an cook a fabulous dinner party!
Simon has also invited some of his favourite chefs to hold classes, including Jenny Chandler (author, The Food of Northern Spain) and brilliant Spanish food specialist, Tristan Hogg, founder of Pie Minister and Louise Barnard of Baby Bites, who shows children and young adults how to become confident in the kitchen.

Give them the gift of cooking! This class will provide a sound foundation for simple and nutritious cooking (but tasty at the same time!) so your school leaver will be able to eat well when you're not there to cater for them!

Summer cook school for children
Workshops that will teach children to cook confidently and inspire budding chefs! We’ll cover lots of basic cookery skills as well as food hygiene and kitchen rules. Most importantly, these classes will be fun!
