Learn the basic art of cookery, knife skills, dressings, butchery, fish
prep, sauces, soups. Our professional chef shows you how to achieve confidence
in the kitchen.
You’ll be a master-chef after the 2 months!
Tapas of Southern Spain
Learn to cook quick Sevillana dishes. Where Spain
and Moorish cuisine meet – big flavours, great ingredients. Wow your friends
and family with your new tapas knowledge!
